  • Our hot/cold packs are custom made in various sizes: 4" x 9" - headache or migraine relief, dry eyes, sinus pressure; 6" x 12" - abdomen, back, lumbar, menstrual cramps; 5" x 23" - neck, shoulders
  • This hot/cold pack is made with an foliage cotton woven (fabric placement may vary) and matching solid flannel on the underside. Fabrics are high quality and soft plus stylish and not boring!
  • Our hot/cold packs are filled with 100% flaxseed (retains heat better than rice or corn) and your choice: lavender, peppermint, chamomile (scent lasts longer than oils). Unscented is also an option
